It's almost Xmas but Gary not only took my call but came out on short notice, at the time we'd arranged, and not only fixed the problem we had immediately but took the time to answer questions and give valuable advice on how to avoid related issues. He could have charged more but didn't (a new experience for me!!). He has fixed a few other problems for us over the years and his work has always stood the test of time. He's honest, reliable and knows what he's doing.

Update as of 12/6/24 - Replying to business owner’s reply: 1. The only reason my review is showing it’s newer now is because I fixed one spelling error as Google sent me an email saying my reviews had a lot of views the other day and one word was misspelled. That’s literally all I did and I had no idea by doing this it was going to bump it to the top. That was not my intention. To anybody reading, my review is from 4+ years ago so unless Google fixes that, I can’t do anything about it. 2. I don’t even live at the address that you did work at anymore, but there is nothing inaccurate about my original review (besides it showing the newer review date now) and my experience using your service. 3. Since my original review, I had another company fix the issue. Original review: Hired GAC to fix my tankless water heater, which they did a good job on fixing. I can give them a good review for that. Now, after they fixed the water heater, I had them look at my shower having hot & cold switched (the house has both hot & cold switched when we purchased it). While looking at it, they broke the piece & told me they'd have to order a special piece for it. The piece came in, but they had to travel to LA so, for over a week. In the meantime, I would have to have a 5-gallon bucket collect water (the leak would fill up one 5-gallon bucket worth an-hour so it was very costly & annoying to have to keep emptying it in toilets, plants, etc...). They told me he would also get me a new faceplate that would have hot & cold switched on it. When they showed up, the plate wasn't what he thought it would be, so they just peeled off the red & blue sticker (photo attached) from the old plate and tried to place it on there. They charged me for them creating this leak, by the way. Fast forward 4 months later, the leak still occurs (not as large of a leak), unless you wiggle the handle to a perfect angle (what guests are going to remember to do that?). I called them & told them about this to have them come and fix it and they want to charge me an additional $1400 to go into the wall and replace the valve. They were the ones who originally broke it in the first place and charged me $300+ for it originally and now want another $1400 on top of that to attempt to fix it again. They have shown no sympathy at all, offered no discount (even though they were the ones who started the leak), be wary of hiring them for other jobs besides water heaters.

I recommended them to a friend of mine who just shifted Santa Rosa and the overall experience was exceptional . Would recommend them again if needed

Gary at GAC did a great job for us. Our new tankless water heater stopped working and gave error messages. He opened a claim for us with the manufacturer, contacted them to speak to their tech group, got parts ordered (under warranty), and got everything installed and programmed. He made sure that all the plumbing appeared to be installed correctly from when the unit was first put in. Gary was always communicating with us and explained not only the process getting it working, but how the tankless units actually work so that we understood the unit better. We highly recommend him and will be using him for our annual maintenance on the unit.

He was very professional and respectful. He did all work needed and was prompt to inform us of potential issues. I would recommend GAC and Gary to anyone looking a quality plumber.
